At the end of the aeon of Pieces, the zeitgeist is a storm. Wisdom comes from within if we question authority, and our actions determine our identity. In like a lion, out like a lamb, the storm wind blows. Beware Caesar the ides of March are come. "... shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth. "

As Promised,
Here is an update on 315pm.org and the Zeitgeist Movie Group.
First, there are now FIVE contributers for the blog, please use your ability to post with discipline. Keep it 'Family Friendly', and only post when you have something to say. If you want to reply to a post, use the comments section (anyone can comment), just click on the 'comment' link at the bottom of any post.
Also, I can add IMPORTANT LINKS, surveys, video, or just about anything else if you ask. Use: info@315pm.org
I've put two surveys up already: 'What movie should we see?' and 'What day for our next meeting?' (April 5 or 12?) USE THEM BEFORE THEY EXPIRE.
I can also create forwarding emails at 315pm.org for each of you upon request ('your_nic_name'@315pm.org). I am using 'BCC' (blind carbon copy) to send this email, as someone requested, but to communicate we clearly NEED to be able to contact each other and new members need someone to contact, too. So, let me set this up for each of you. Send me a note. And consider creating a post just to introduce yourself.
Next, if you wish you can setup a personal profile at the San Diego County Community Coalition:
http://progressiveconcerns.meetup.com/5/calendar/7529492/
It is tough to communicate because we don't really know each-other, the SDCCC has many meetings, for different organizations, around the county, and you can register for any of them and meet-up with me or others at these meetings. Plus, with the complete profile online, we can recognize each other.
Really Simple Syndication = RSS FEED: you can set up a special link to have the new posts from 315pm.org IdusMartiae Blog syndicated to your personal web site (like MyYahoo, etc.) Just paste the following link into your sites RSS feed form:
http://idusmartiae.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default
I wanted to give each of you a chance to set up a feed before I start posting my ideas in earnest. If you wish, we can also set up the web site to email you every post individually, then you can archive them, as I do.
MUSIC: Since so many of you are in bands, and I know nothing of music, I think you should suggest a theme song or tracks for this 'club', please create a post to start the thread and comment as necessary. Music is emotion. What is the EMOTION of ZEITGEIST (The Spirit of Our Time is a STORM)? [personally, I like Mongolian throat-singing]
VIDEO: I mentioned that one of my friends is using a Video Podcast to set up an online TV-station. If we can produce video for his online channels, we can use this media to reach out with our ideas and communicate with like-minded people. Here is a sample of what the technology can do:
http://videoemail.helloworld.com/view?uri=MjY4MjYwMC0wMy8yMS8wODowMjoxMjo0OQ==&speed=112&players=SVG%20Viewer%2CShockwave%20Director%2Cflash%2CRealPlayer%2Cquicktime%2Cmp4%2Cwindows%2CAcrobat%20Reader%2CJava#
Imagine if you had '300 seconds' (five minutes) to express yourself on video and put your passionate ideas into the minds of others around the world and across time. What a great opportunity. Start thinking, write down your best ideas, and develop a 500-600 word statement. Read about my cause: "Social Justice and the End of Poverty" in an up-coming post at 315pm.org .
Finally, The following classes are free, one-Wednesday-night each, and will teach you how to maximize the potential of the web, I be attending, come early.

Now, if you have something to say, goto 315pm.org and post a comment.
If you don't know what is going on, ask a question.
If you have something you love, hate, or desire, put it out there.
Peace,
Michael

The 12th sounds great to me...doesn't matter about the movie. It's talking with all of you that I look most forward to!
Hello! I'm back from a week of being sick (bad headaches... the last thing I wanted to do was look at a computer screen!) and catching up on school work. The 12th is good with me, I need to reserve the room but it shouldn't be a problem since it's a Saturday :D
We'll start publicizing as soon as we choose a movie!
Peace,
Christina
I am available both days; the 12th is better. This blog is a wonderful idea!
